World Acupuncture Blog Numero Uno

What more can I ask.

After 3 months off with a shoulder injury I have had 2 lush surf ‘s on my malibu surfboard without pain and I am writing my first blog ever, all on my birthday.

Sensational!

To Cory, blog designer extraordinaire , thanks heaps for your patience and guidance.

World Acupuncture.com will be re-launching in a turbo charged format soon. In the meantime stay tuned as I divulge some of the secrets discovered over 25 years of clinical practice.

  1. To All

I have known Alan since 1995 where he taught acupuncture at The Australian Institute of Applied Science(AIAS), in Queensland. Alan has greatly influenced me not only as a mentor and teacher of acupuncture but his burning desire to advocate the superior style of acupuncture; known as Traditional Japanese Medicine.
This wonderfully powerful treatment regiume greatly influenced my style of acupuncture. Alan was the Director of the Institute of Classical Oriental Medicine in Queensland where I was fortunate to be exposed to Traditional Japanese Medicine. Alan’s treatment portfolio has taught me advanced needling techniques, meridian & abdominal palpation, advanced pulse diagnosis & observation, shiatsu, To netsu kyu, Chi netsu kyu, Bo kyu & Kyu to shin moxibustion. Not only taught these powerful treatment regiumes but allowed me to be exposed to Masakazu Ikeda Sensei. Whom I believe has greatly influenced Japanese Acupuncture beyond any doubt. After 10 years of Ikeda Sensei workshops inwhich Alan organised whole heartedly. Has greatly benifited not only myself but many other acupuncturist who where honoured to be in the presence of such a master of acupuncture. Thankyou Alan for your continuing efforts in developing acupuncture out of the dark ages into the future of Australian Acupuncture Treatment Regiumes.
