Pediatric Acupuncture

G’Day,

Hope all is well in your world.

It has been an action packed October for me, one of the highlight’s being Soma Glick’s Pediatric Acupuncture workshop in Brisbane last weekend.

Workshop Participants, lotsa smiles here!

This extremely enjoyable and practical workshop helped me to consolidate many of the methods that I already use when working with children as well as giving me some brand new skills to refine and a more intimate understanding of the Art of Acupuncture as practiced on smaller beings!

Soma is a very generous presenter and I was enthralled from start to finish.

The practical session on Sunday afternoon when Soma treated several children was illuminating to say the least and confirmed to me that the learning is very much in the doing.

A mega thanks to Soma for her inspiration and commitment to excellence in Acupuncture.

In January 2009 Soma will be presenting a 2 week clinically based workshop in Bali, Indonesia.

This will be an outstanding opportunity to get your hands dirty (sic) and learn on the job in a community clinic for the local children.

A wonderful win-win-win scenario.

I congratulate Soma on putting together a great practical learning opportunity for those wishing to take their practice of Traditional Acupuncture to another level and benefiting the local community simultaneously.
