Yesterday, Sunday OZ time, I took my old friend, one time patient, incredibly dedicated dad and ex champion marathon runner Russell Foley, a visitor from Tasmania for a stroll around ma hood, Point Danger and Rainbow Bay, the following images popped up for the taking.
